NorCal FLL Explore Festival Payment Policy – summary –  No Refunds.

1. 1. When you pay for a Festival Registration, this is akin to buying a seat at a concert or play – it is not refundable.
   2. Specifically if your team declines to participate in a Festival after registering for any reason, we will not refund any of your payment to Playing At Learning.
   3. If any tournament is cancelled for any reason and not able to be rescheduled,  we will refund $50
   4. If your team asks us to delete your registration to a Festival so that you can re-register into a different event, we will charge your team $50.  Note that there is no guarantee of space available to register into a different event – the risk is on you.
   5. If your team contests the paypal charge or stops payment on a check for any reason, your team will not be able to participate in any future season until the previous Region Support fees are paid AND a certified check or similar that guarantees payment is received.
